......I've just spent the last hour writing a campaign plan for 'Operation-do-the-house-up-after-years-of-neglect'.....the list already runs to multiple pages (big sigh) BUT at least I've crossed off Item 1! The roofers vacate the premises tomorrow....oh bugger, now I've NO excuses left....
