Road Safety?

Today was a fairly rubbish day as I am choked with the cold and feeling rough!! Also, I had loads of stuff to do which prevented me from taking any time to get a good blip for today after the last minute job from yesterday.

However, this sign really cheered me up and made me laugh, hence, why I wanted to share it as today's blip! What is it meant to be telling us? Is it:

(a) As drivers we should drive fast in order to hit the children who are about?
(b) The children around this area are particularly fast??? Maybe future Olympians?
(c) The children in this area are rough and hard so you should drive fast to get away?

I have no idea what it's supposed to mean but it's surely not a legitimate road safety campaign!! Whatever it is, it brightened up a day which was mostly rubbish otherwise!

I promise I'll get back on my quest of trying to take good photos tomorrow - I just really wanted to post this today!
