Ebony and Ivory

After a lovely day of walking in beautiful gardens and relaxing at the cinema I ended the day with my favourite past-time of all, playing the piano. The piano is an object that can provide so much pleasure both to those that play and hopefully to those that listen. I play as often as I can and as soon as I'm sitting there, fingers touching the keys the whole world disappears - utter bliss! Today, was a recital to my mother of Sondheim's Sweeney Todd. I wonder what tomorrow will bring..
