Grand Central Station

Demi and I took the sketchy taxi to the sketchy train station and got the 5:40 train out of Poughkeepsie. We arrived at Grand Central Station around 7:30 and wandered around, slightly lost, until we found the main concourse. It's big and gorgeous. This picture doesn't really show that at all. But anyway we were confused slightly intimidated and waiting for Tarek and Anthony Darling to tell us where to exit or to come and find us.

After sneezing three times consecutively, I commented that that was an odd number of sneezes and Demi said that it's just like her three earrings on her ear...and she reached for them to find out that she only had two earrings now. We crowded around my camera to see if we could tell when she lost the earring...As we were looking two people grabbed us from behind and scared the living daylights out of both of us. Of course it was only Anthony Darling and Rek =]]]]. They found us!!

We tried going to Mars 2112 but they were already closed so we ended up walking even further to the infamous chicken and rice stand and eating there. We also made a pit stop at Hersheys Chocolate World afterwards.

It was a very adventurous (ahem gizmo) and fun night. I'm so glad they drove in to come get us. I honestly don't know how me and Demi would have gotten home without them. =] Plus I missed them both :)
