Feeding Swallows

These shots were taken using the continuous shutter release mode; the manual says this operates at about 6 frames per second, so the sequence of 4 images shown here covers approximately 2/3 of a second in real time - by the time you've said "One eleph..." it's all over and the adult is back in the air catching more flies. Amazing!
