Stubborn

I chopped our basil plant down a few days ago. It seemed to be not so happy anymore, wasn't producing much that was useful, so I thought that it was reaching the end of it's annual life. Before I got around to getting rid of the rest of it, some new growth showed up. I guess it wasn't as tired as I thought it was.

*shrug* This is how I learn, right?

I have no idea what it'll do now, but it'll be interesting to keep an eye on it and see.
