A calf is born

This is a calf being born by Caeserean section. Not something you see every day! There was one done 2 years ago, and I only saw the cow after it was all finished - with a massive great scar on her side. I had asked the farmer to give me a shout if it every happened again, and this morning I got the knock. So I put Amelie into her sling and off the 2 of us went to watch and take pictures, whilst this little bull was born.
