Up and out early this morning for a walk to get the paper. And as it was sunny and early, I wanted to go and blip this shot that I drive past every day on the way to work but never have time to stop and capture. I love the way that the sun shines through the Virgin Media sign and casts a red glow that goes right across the road when the sun is at the right angle. I don't know how many people drive through it and don't give it a second thought, but I think it's a little jewel of a scene.

Update on the windows - all done now except for the front door which he will come back to do on Monday. The rest look lovely - I'm really pleased. Except that the whole of the house is now covered with a thin layer of dust and grit so now I need to do some cleaning. What a joy for a Saturday!
