PARK(ing) Day

Bellingham is one of the cities around the world that participated in PARK(ing) Day -- an annual event to make people aware of the amount of space used to provide parking for cars. For one day, citizens transform metered parking spots into temporary public parks. This was Bellingham's contribution, on Holly Street, the main drag.
