Thirsty Work

Well, after a hard morning of gymnastics and then soft play, a girl needs a drink! I always think littlies look adorable holding their cute little beakers with two hands. Katie sat having a drink, scavenging raisins from her bestbuddy and playing with a pair of trainers for about 10 minutes! She'd had a fab time at gymnastics, balancing on a baby beam, climbing slopes and stairs, crawling through tunnels, throwing ducks.... the usual.

We had lunch with some mums from our church, so that was a nice change. Then after a nap we went to see a little friend of ours, Jack, who's 7 months old and his mum. Jack was the first boy Katie ever kissed! I think Katie freaks Jack's mum out a little as she's a reminder of what's to come. We were quite excited today though when Jack bit my finger and we discovered he now has a third tooth!

This afternoon Katie's been saying some new words - she said cat, book, jack (ack to be truthful) and bear.
