For this shameless man in Itäkeskus shopping centre. I think he looks like our minister of foreign affairs, mr. Stubb.
On the other hand he reminds me of mr. Stubb´s predecessor, Mr. Kanerva, who was forced to resign from the position due to a scandal involving hundreds of text messages he sent to an erotic dancer from his work mobile phone. This was not the first or last time he did so (to other women).
