Stroopwafel

Stroopwafel were first made in Gouda in the Netherlands, in 1784. I was first introduced to them from online friends who lived in Holland back in 1999 and used to have the shipped to me in the states. Now, you can bulk buy them at Bookers.

First day with everyone back to school/work except for me. I used the day to review work and relax with coffee and Stroopwafel.
