Can you see what it is yet?

Been at school all day doing school governor stuff - health and safety committee, buildings committee, school reorganisation. Beats me how the senior staff ever have time to teach the kids. Seriously, meetings started at 9.30 this morning and went on until 7.00 tonight!
Between committees I nipped out to the shops and Blipped this object of great debate in the town. Recently given pride of place in a refurbished pedestrian area, the letters in the local press have been quite vitriolic about it. True it is made out of copper plated reinforcing rod, but it has a certain something - I can see a big ginger Tom stretching out before condescending to let you stroke its ear.
