Welsh Ladies

After visiting the Welsh Woollen museum a few days ago I thought I should make a couple of cushions out of the Welsh Flannell. Welsh ladies would have worn these outfits to tea parties during the 19th century. They are also worn by school children on March 1st to celebrate Saint David's Day every year.
