Oldfield's old place

Old Down House , currently owned by Mike Oldfield, is up for sale for a mere £3.5m.

This is significant to me, not because I'm a potential buyer (not yet anyway!) but because I'm soon to have a new neighbour. I wonder if he or she will have any musical talent?!
