"Dear Me..."

I've been in such a foul mood today that I can't stand myself. I'd seriously love to take the cats and run away.

Several things are bothering me today, nothing seems to be good enough and I can't muster my usual friendly, helpful, kind etc outlook. Its very tempting to go up to the chippy and have a good old-fashioned binge and yet know that wouldn't help my mood in the least since a bad weigh in yesterday is at least part of the reason for my bad mood.

Bah.
