Duck mould

A few weeks back my sister bought me this silicone cake/chocolate/jelly mould which I completely love but I wasn't sure when I was going to use it.well the opportunity arose this week as I've been teaching the kids how to write instructions. To demonstrate the importance of writing down instructions correctly we made some jelly-lime to be exact. The kids were desperate to eat it today when I got it out of the fridge but as it wasn't big enough I wouldn't let them...mean teacher! I did struggle to get the jelly out of the mould mind-came out like a big blob,still tasted good though.

On a separate note, les miserables was incredible last night.been super tired all day today.

It was also the 2year anniversary of my aunty dying so spent a little bit of time thinking about her smiles and positive. She was an amazing lady who is greatly missed.xxx
