Somewhere Over the Rainbow...

The playground wasn't quite as empty
as this picture would indicate
we spent a full hour there
she crawl onward on her stomach
looking for small leaves and stones to look at.

I got to soak in some of the sun
which was delightful
because it's been raining
in fact just a few minutes after we got home
it was raining.

It's strangely peaceful there
as the kids run around
often screaming
playing.

So despite waking up at 5.30 this morning
I am rejuvenated.
