Ghosts of My Friends.

This image is from an extraordinary little book I saw this morning. It had been put together by an American writer, who had asked their friends to write their signatures in wet ink in a little book.
They then folded the pages in half and made blots. It was an autograpgh book with a difference.

The book was pre-bound with the title of The Ghosts of My Friends. The date makes this collection of names, and there were about 20, extra poignant. I wonder how far past 1909 they got in life?
