Tuesday is Pilates day!
Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates in Germany. It concentrates on posture and breathing and the muscles that help you. As of 2005, there are 11 million people who practice the discipline regularly and 14,000 instructors in the United States alone. My class is in Aberdeen and tonight we were working with the mini balls on the mats. Abdominals and legs are sore but I am sure it is good for you!
