Life & times of the B-H's

Daddys home!

Day two of nursery went well and we even managed to end up gate crashing toddling which had changed day. We popped in to use the loo (having been asked and saying no, then getting half across the field and actually it was a yes!) and he heard the end on session singing and went mental when I said we had to leave. So in we went and it was v fortuitous, we caught up with a few friends we haven't seen for a while. I met Jacks mum in the nursery so whiled away the longer session today with a coffee before collecting him.

1st week done :-).

Home and lunch, huge sleep for A and work for me. A couple of commissions and the earrings to go with the necklaces from the other day, bracelets to follow! After big sleep, big howling session and then calm and then madness upside down with his dad.

And did I mention the large rat the beautiful Myrtle brought home for me??? V deceased thankfully, still nearly gave me a heart attack though.

We have Alfies annual ENT check up with his consultant in Oxford tomorrow to discuss surgery on his trachy site scar. Always gives me a tint wobble when we go in and having in the past been ok about the chance of surgery, the older he gets the more it worries me. I wouldn't put him through purely for cosmetic reasons but the scar does pull and on occasion and bother him. When the trachy came out he had a small granuloma that wouldn't heal and that has adhered itself to his chest where it meets his neck.

so we shall wait and see what Miss Lennox says......
