out with the old in with the new

this is the ofice at work at 9.45 about halfway threw our systems change. yes our good old fasioned epos system (to the right) with softwere as old as i am (litteraly, built 1985) survived the melenium bug but couldn't survive progress, are to be replaced with the new all singing all dancing touch screen ipos terminals to the left with the all new "evolve" softwere. the softwere is excellent dose exactly what we wanted it to, the only miner inconvieniance is that after paying for the super duper softwere they whent for budget servers that have 2 speeds slow and omg it just crashed and i was in the middle of a sale.

so since the engineers had to do this at night me and becky had to stay back after regular work. i started at 12 we closed at 5.30 and the engineers turned up at 8 (they hadn't been told we were a high street store and expected us to close at 8) after four and a half hours of work (12.30am) we were all set all that remained was to go home and crash out.
