The footsteps of Giants.
Popped into a blip bank special place on the way home from Dundee after my appointment at the Big sister ship in Dundee (Ninewells).
The Inchture Sequoia.
A beautiful avenue of Redwoods which were some of the first to be planted outside California.
Recently they were saved from the threat of a rising water table drowning them, from a neighbouring bog/swamp area. The community got together and drained the area and made a wonderful pond and wildlife area next to the primary school. The Redwoods were saved.
They are worth turning off the Dual carriage way for a quick look.
Today it was raining so hard, I had fun holding an umbrella and my Nikon, to take this shot, but it did the job.
