Bathroom with Warbler
Nostalgia wells up as our departure nears.
This morning as I was shaving I looked at this photograph of mine for the umpteenth time. It's a Nashville Warbler at Point Pelee National Park, Ontario--a major spot for migrating birds in North America (this is May, the height of spring migration). We obviously chose the image to echo the wallpaper--the only room in our condo where we used patterned wallpaper, with a so-called chair rail (just visible at the bottom, which separates two different patterns).
We move on Thursday--it's approaching too fast. We'll find a spot for this print, but it will never be the same. View it LARGE.
