RAF Red Arrows
Today started with pouring rain. Once the rain cleared a bit, we set out for Leuchars. Three hours queueing for the Car Park on back roads through Fife - just as well they introduced a new parking strategy to minimise delays! It took an hour to get out of the car park at night, although I heard on someone who took four hours to get out of the field. I think we can safely say the new strategy failed.
The sun was shining for most of the day. We had slight cloud for the Red Arrows, which restricted them to a flat display. A fantastic display nonetheless.
More from the Airshow start here.
