Analogous...

I've been considering dabbling in the manbrella market.

The other day, I was caught in a bit of heavy rain and found a supplier of manbrellas enroute. Today, I was not caught in the rain but again I found myself in an establishment that dealt in manbrellas.

On both occasions, I didn't purchase said rain avoidance apparatus.

I'm sure there's an analogy in there to a human interaction that I've half written about in my mind.
