No surfing

Spent a few minutes at Mudeford today - tide at standstill and no breakers on sandbar just nice calm sea. I glanced across Mudeford sand spit to the horizon and it looked like a surf wave was coming in from the distance like I have been seeing all week in Cornwall - a bizarre sight and undoubtedly an optical illusion from where I was sitting. It gets choppy around the headland but not for surfers! This is zoomed in significantly - the wave was far away
