Picky Eaters

Today, I did all of the homework that I put off on this lovely four-day weekend. And I'm still doing it now... But homeowork was only half of my day. The other half was a mini-adventure with Alyssa, Kelly, Gwen, and Shawn.

First, me, Alyssa, and Kelly baked cookies and played on the swings and with a green tube at Kelly's house. After that, we walked to Gwen's house, and from there we walked to the high school to meet up with Shawn. We watched a little bit of Shawn's brother's football game before we went to eat at Friendly's, where this picture was taken. In it, Kelly is trying to force-feed Shawn a french fry. (They're going out) As you can see, Shawn clearly didn't want to eat anymore...

After that, we all went to church for the Young Vincentians meeting. Julie also came to the meeting. We just talked about what things we were going to be doing this year, such as volunteering at soup kitchens and having special-needs game nights. It sounds like this is going to be a fun year!

School tomorrow. I'm kind of excited.
