Westport Beach

The weather certainly turned towards Autumn today. It felt FREEZING and we were all cardy-ed up, which is always nice the first time in the season.

We decided to head over to Westport Beach to hunt for crabs in the rock pools. However, as you can see, the sea had other ideas today. The crab pools were still there, if you didn't mind getting knocked over by a wave or two. Instead, we settled with a walk on the beach and a play on the playground and a bag of fries. Summer really IS over then.
