365/119: Green Park, Blue Sky

I've lived in London for a decade, and until last week had only set foot in Green Park a couple of times, maybe three. To be honest I wasn't a very outdoorsy, park visiting type of gal until I got my dog in 2008 and we don't tend to travel to central parks because we have beautiful Brockwell on our doorstep.

So it's been lovely working near this gorgeous expanse of greenery for the last five days - I've thoroughly enjoyed walking to "the office" past Buckingham Palace and through Green Park in the morning and this afternoon when I left in the glorious sunshine this is what I saw.

I do still think it's cheeky to charge people to sit on deckchairs, though.
