The Worst Carpark?

I had a good look at the set up of this carpark today - instead of just going and parking.

To get into it you have to drive past the exit and drive the entire length to turn into it.

To get out you drive to the exit and then, because of of the one way system, you have to drive the entire length of the car park again getting tied up with everyone wanting to get in.

Not only that, but the 'exit' end doubles as the public parking for the police station and their exit comes out parallel to the car park exit without any division so nobody has any idea who has 'right of way'.

Once you have fought your way in you have to deal with parking spaces that seem to about just about the width of the average car and mirrors. This makes it fairly tight to say the least (especially if you have a slightly wider than average car - which I have).................and God forbid you find yourself trying to get into a space that has a pillar in it.

Applying a 'Different Viewpoint' to that of the planners took me about 30 seconds thought to sort it out................repaint the markings so that you go 'In' and the present exit and 'Out' at the present in and widen the spaces by about 1 - 1/2feet.
