Bare

Didn't venture out of the house today, partly because I was waiting for a parcel to arrive and partly because, once the parcel arrived, the weather was grim. Has been raining here on and off all day and there's been a real grey light, typical Autumnal weather.

The tree outside my bedroom window has now lost all it's leaves and I'm sad to see that the large crows nest from the summer is no longer there. I thought it had been quieter in the mornings lately.

I love Autumn for the colours it brings but I always think it's such an untidy season with all these leaves and berries lying everywhere, a bit like winter when the slush comes after a beautiful snowfall.
