Winter melon urn
This is a popular Cantonese cuisine in summer time. With a slow cooked soup (inclues a lot of ingredients like herbs and meat, you have to cook like 3-4 hours) in a empty winter melon. It's really great when the weather is really hot in summer (althro the soup itself is hot)...
Arghhh, I felt that it's very hard to explain Chinese/Asian food in English since europe (e.g. I really don't know how to explain "soup noodles" to europeans... that we never drink those soups -.- I guess they just don't have that concept!)
Anyway, I didn't cook it myself neither my parents. We just had a dinner outside... raining days still going on :(
