Emerging Beauty

A working Sunday (ha, whats new!!). We mowed lawns, & sowed new lawn where the pesty grassgrubs had a banquet on last Autumn. Lettuces, cabbages, cauli & brocoili planted and spied some tatties up. Bring it on!!

Did some photography around the garden with the macro tube....this is my choice today...A Trillium.

Dinner party went extremely well, the four couples were fed & watered particularly well (if you know what I mean?) We wore the rugby jerseys from the club Tofia was a member of, and a toast to him was made....a very sad moment for diners & the kitchen crew.

The All Blacks just squeaked in, were way way behind, & I (who has little faith) had given them up....but the true spirit of an outstanding team came through. I did feel, just a little teeny weeny bit sorry for the Wallaby's but soon got over that feeling.

Back to work tomorrow, and some normality; the tiredness will return all too quickly. Oh well, thats life and just the way it is at the moment.
