Masonic Temple

Today was Doors Open day in Aberdeen. Lot's of different premises opened their doors up to the public. I visited both The Tollbooth (photos not allowed) where there was a re-enactment featuring Mary Queen of Scots and also Aberdeen's Masonic Temple where photos were very much allowed. This is the Chapter Hall. The building is full of beautiful mozaics, cornicing, wood carving and panelling. A real treasure trove of architectural features.
