Poor Chairman miaow

The Chairman was run over two weeks ago, and the vet decided that he would make him a bionic cat and has rebuilt him (at a cost to Ov of £1,500!!). On the menu to whet his appetite today was French grass provided by Grumps - we think it is of the legitimate variety - we shall soon know if he appears stoned later on!
