Kultamylly

The autumn sunsets are really nice. Somehow they have that special density and tone in the light so that it gives really nice boost for the colors. But still everything seems quite natural, not over emphasized if you know what I mean.

Here you can see the old mill at the Toppila Harbor, named Kultamylly (in english Golden Mill). Most of the area is already torn down but there still are some old buildings and parts existing at the factory area. At this part of Oulu river there is no more other activity than some private boats and few ships for the local coast guard and rescue crews.

Sometimes it is nice to see these "dinosaurs" from the old industrial revolution still keep up in the modern world, where everything is done with the computers, bytes and bits.
