Tai Chi Sword

For about 8 years until about 8 years ago I learned Tai Chi, and for the last couple of years of that I learned the sword form. This is the sword that my teacher, David Barrow, had made. It was modelled on an original Chinese broad sword of which there were only two left in the world, one of them owned by the Btitish Queen. It's a magnificent weapon and these days stays in its box nearly all the time.

Here's Ma Yueh Liang, who taught my teacher, demonstrating some of the Wu style sword form, which I learned and promptly forgot.
