AUTUMN

I don't mind the clocks going forward, but I hate the clocks going back. My sons body clock tells him it's time to get up, but now he's getting up at 6! He doesn't understand as he's only 5.

"Kade please go back to bed... just for an hour?"

"But it's breakfast time."

"No - not for another hour." (groan)

"But it's light?"

"How about you go and watch a DVD for a little while?"

"But I'm hungry!"

"Kade... Do you remember how Nic swung you round by the ankles last night?"

"That was funny... !"

"Oh never mind... what do you want for breakfast?..."
