Slough View

Here in Coos Bay, we have many sloughs. The is one thing I really like about this area is that there are so many water ways that you can find to photograph. We also had great clouds today. I loved the clouds in this view of, I think, Coalbank Slough.

Our internet has still been down and they can't seem to find the problem. There was an outage on Wednesday--the phone company said someone at the college cut a fiber optic line--whoops. I wonder who could have done that?

Anyway, I tried to tell them that the problem we have been having has been going on for a week now, but they have it written down somewhere that there is an outage in the area, so that is the answer I keep getting when I call the 800 number. Our cable company has a monopoly in this area and it is really hard to get the kind of service you need from them. Maybe I should check into satellite.
