walking through the landscape created by the river

I was walking beside the bank of the river 'kopai'. It's a narrow river flows through the place call Santiniketan, in Eastern part (Bengal) of India.
In September river kopai is supposed to fill with water but as eastern part of India received 37% less rain this year so there is no water in the river.
The bank of the river is exploding with the white flower call 'kas'.
I was walking through the landscape created by the river kopai.
