Macabre

This was taken in a church in Gozo. Our guide told us that it's famous for being a place where thousands of people have been cured by Our Lady. They send their crutches, braces etc as evidence of the miracle, and it's all displayed in a long corridor. There were also hearts and eyes made of silver.

It was both the most moving and creepy thing I've seen in a while.

I do envy their ability to believe. Faith must be a very comforting thing.
