burst water main

I went for a walk Saturday afternoon and saw water pouring out of a hole in the road. This was in light of my pile of laundry sitting there unwashed as we have to conserve water after the earthquake.

Obviously it didn't get fixed Saturday, and on Sunday it let rip - see fountain @ centre of pic

Thankfully the clocktower at Scarborough appears to remain structurally sound, although the clock is stuck at the time the earthquake struck... like several around the city
