Asking for trouble?

Now I now this isn't technically a very good photo but I saw this with my own eyes (had I not seen it, I don't think I would have believed it!) stopped at traffic lights and I thought what a muppet! Even though I failed my test a few times I still know you are supposed to at least wear long sleeves and trousers - and as for the lack of gloves... oh help, this guy is just asking for trouble!

I was on my way to my friend's house for her daughter's first birthday and while I got a great smiley photo of her - I'm still looking at this one and thinking 'what a muppet!'
