I was marshalling at the Dunfermline 10K today but found that trying to cheer on the runners and blip at the same time was above my multi-tasking skills so I've opted for this snap of my 10K volunteer buddies. Good guys who volunteer at weekends with the St. John's ambulance service and were happy to pose for a pic.
