Wild evening

For most of the last few days it has been wild wind and bright sunshine. This afternoon it changed from late summer to autumn in a matter of minutes.

I realised that I haven't actually set foot out of the house today. I doubt this will change.

No 2 son is away playing hockey in Kirkwall. Wonder if they'll get home? The tide's on the turn and the barriers might well be closed if it gets rough out there.

Ho, hum!

Was just checking the weather forecast and noticed that there's a yacht aground, I wonder if we'll get an interesting blip from Poppy tonight?
