Labor Day

It was holiday weekend in Vancouver, in fact across the whole of North America.

So naturally it rained.

While many pubs and restaurants were advertising Labor Day as "the last day of Summer", the rain that accompanied it made it dead quiet.

And it was literally Labor day, I was working. But for double pay. It seems that union membership that I didn't have a choice in taking has paid off.
