lake superior is my favorite of of the great lakes, a hefty praise coming from me. and this weekend is devoted to some time along its shore. rocky cliffs, gradual rock outcroppings fading away into the water, sandy bays, cobble beaches with the most colorful of stones. the playground of my childhood camping days.

so boy was i excited to enter into the old lake superior provincial park for a long weekend with my parents.
