Canadian Cedar-Planked Salmon - Labour Day Dinner

This was our barbequed dinner tonight - a belated 23rd wedding anniversary dinner. We were on the road for our anniversary and had Italian at Latina's in Toronto last night. The salmon was yummy and was seasoned with lemon & dill and, of course, cedar smoke and whatever. Accompanied by a nice Chardonnay from Niagara-on-the-Lake, some rice, fresh local corn on the cob, and some leftover cannelloni.
