Eh!?!?

Caught sight of this sign on the outside of a house today as I walked in to work; with the rain beginning to fall and very few photo opportunities, this'll have to be today's blip.

What does it mean? Too many possibilities. The mind's gone a riot on all the scenarios that it could mean. Not even sure if "personal" would make it better ... or worse. Puts a different spin on Human Resources however. Perhaps that's the objective :-)
